I took in my engagement ring which we had ordered online and didn't realise ukraine sizes are NOT the same as UK. Staff were amazing kept me up to date with how the re sizing was coming along. I took in a curtain ring and came out with an engagement ring that fits ! Top service. Top staff thank you xx
