We purchased a Rattan garden furniture set in May 2020 from TGFC. In July 2022 had a problem with the Rattan on the arm of each chair so I emailed TGFC as had a 3 year guarantee with the furniture. Within days of contacting Rich we were offered a full refund or credit towards any other garden furniture if we desired. Decided to purchase more furniture from TGFC as had excellent service from Richard. 5 star ***** company. Highly recommended.

This place is situated in the Earlswood garden center so after browsing the plants and garden equipment and other garden slabs fencing etc sample the furniture very stylish not to everyone's price range but good and you pay for quality

Good selection of slabs, stone sets, etc but not the best quality plants or most helpful staff. Cafe was a joke, completely filthy, staff did not even bother to reheat our sandwiches and samosas. Appalling

My furniture set is lovely . The service Richard gave was amazing . Delivered when arranged . After service has been just as good as I had to change one of the chairs with no problem at all . Definitely recommend them .
