Worked on an ad hoc basis as and when TES needed extra blokes. Wages very low, long travel times to job sites (not paid), and bad communication from management. The blokes on the track maintenance side all complain about the company and a number of them left TES to work for other companies. I was desponsored without explanation by Victoria in the office, I emailed asking for an explanation but didnt get a response. If you're looking for railway work I would not recommend this company.
