Phoned the service dept regarding an option for a motor even gave them their part No, to be met with them asking one question if I had an account which I said no he went on to give me a number for a stockist who was useless and said I need to go back to Manufacturer, bloody useless service, in the end went to Crompton who couldn't have been more helpful and gave me the option I needed, so if you are looking for an electric motor go to a company who cares Brook Crompton
