Black folks are fussy, but let me tell you, we approve T Cribbs & Sons 🤣 Professional and compassionate, from start to finish. If you've been to a Caribbean or African funeral, then you know it's always massive. T Cribbs & Sons come in, unfazed, same level of service, polite, working with the family, guiding & supporting when family members want to carry the ⚰️. We have a big family, so we have dealt with them from London to Kent; the same level of consistency executed every time.

They have an idiot answering the phone. I speak perfectly good English . Despite phonetically giving the daft lady the details she kept repeating everything incorrectly. Was farcical at this particularly distressing time so I could take no more of her dimwittedness and terminated the call . I managed to find another company to help me and who could competently comprehend the King’s English language. Please, whoever owns this company get this woman retrained as your business may depend on her?

We buried mitch today City of London T Cribb handled it superbly in a dignified manner however the final stage of the burial was awful forks and Spades by the grave and a dumper truck dumped soil on mitch with over a hundred people present ..the sound was awful Why did they not wait until we had left? God bless you and keep uou safe mitch

Arranging my mum's funeral was the most hardest thing I have ever had to do. Donna and her colleagues were absolutely wonderful and put me and my daughter at ease. It was a simple funeral for my mum but they made it the biggest send of for her. Dan on the day was amazing so compassionate and caring. Cribbs derserve 10 stars not five.

I wish I can give 10 stars to T Cribbs and sons. They conducted my husband's funeral about 3wks ago. I give thanks to Reda for explaining to us about the burial arrangements, choosing the casket and cemetery and above all the viewing in Chapel of Rest. Many thanks to Mark and his team for the provision of team of horses and carriage. The day was so beautiful and the four black horses with white plumes were elegantly groomed and looked so spectacular and I couldn't have wished a beautiful send off to my beloved husband. I highly recommend T. Cribbs and sons to anyone who wants to make funeral arrangements.
