My washing machine broke, I went to TC Hayes, as they have a good reputation, I was advised by Mark, one of their customer service staff who recommended a machine, I got 10 percent off black Friday deal, it was delivered and installed the same afternoon , very well pleased.

Didn't make a purchase from here but went on website and it was dinosaur type set out couldn't click on anything or get prices. As someone else mentioned its oap orientated place, I rang them up had someone sigh down phone at me as he told me some of there prices wich were double of competitors 👎
