Ordered a replacement gearbox which was delivered very quickly (can't fault). Mechanic repairing the vehicle then said that the problem wasn't the gearbox at all but the driveshaft. Contacted T and B, they agreed they would take the gearbox back and refund money to my credit card minus a small handling charge. Shipped back to them a month ago (19/4/23) but six phone calls and four emails later I am still waiting for the refund (have checked account today 20/5/23 and still no refund despite being assured four days ago that the refund had been put through). Last emailed the company a week ago to advise I will go down the small claims route to get my refund. Shouldn't come to this, over a month to do a 5 minute refund job? In summary, good service in supplying the part but appalling in terms of getting a refund back to the customer. Absolutely zero communication from the company, I've had to constantly chase to get back what is a relatively small amount of money. Perhaps a bad but factual review might get a response?

Where to start oh well. Sold wrong parts after alot of hassle they then found the correct part. Wanted £100 more ye right on ur bike. So anyway they sent it and low and behold it was broken they didn't want to know wasn't interested in the slightest. Then cost me £600 to get sorted and 2 days of my mechanic working his behind off for nothing chasing round trying to get it into working order company still wasn't interested. I'd avoid at all cost and search somewhere else before using these they are not bothered what they sell don't care about showing it either

Do not buy off this company sold us a gearbox that does not work promised £50 refund did not get it avoid this company they sold us a gearbox which was completely wrecked cost me another 700 to put it right they basically told me to get lost BEWARE DO NOT BUY OFF THEM STAY AWAY

Bought a Ducato engine which turned up damaged and missing parts. The seller agreed to pay for my mechanic to repair the damage .We also had to remove parts from our old engine to complete the fit. After multiple calls about its condition, the engine turned out to be a dud and a refund was finally agreed. It took weeks to arrange a refund with multiple claims of payment leading to nothing. After about 20 phone calls and failed promises, I eventually received a refund for the engine. However my mechanic is still out many hours of work for the initial repair, the transfer of parts, the actual fitting of the engine, its subsequent removal and he also has to get rid of the dud engine. The promised money to the mechanic for the initial repairs was never received, I'm going to end up with a huge garage bill and I now have to find another engine and start all over again. Not a good experience at all, which was made much worse by poor customer service, broken promises and very poor skills in the engines initial removal, which resulted in a lot of unnecessary work.
