Contacted earlier in the week about scrapping a car. Agreed price and agreed to bring the car on a Saturday. Arrived as planned only to be told the guy we sorted things out with knew he would be on holiday and that we shouldn’t have brought the car.. Had to take car back - not very impressed with the shoddy attitude.

Excellent staff members, very responsive to calls and messages. The reason for 4* is tha the item I bought from them (rear car bumper) was broken from both corners and did not fit properly. They should have told me when I bought this item from them through Ebay. But stil I gave them 4* not because of the quality of item but for their pleasing personalities.👍👍
