I wanted them to pave my driveway and arranged a time for Thomas to survey it. He never turned up or phoned to tell me he couldn’t make it. I arranged another time and again he didn’t turn up or phone to tell me he wouldn’t be able to make it. Really shoddy attitude and behaviour. I won’t be bothering with a third attempt.
