Paul Brown is a fantastic sales person; understood my vehicle requirements from colour to specification and recalled details of our very first meeting 3 years previous! Paul kept me updated of delivery expectations and shared lovely videos of my new vehicle ahead of collection which enhanced the whole experience. Ian Haughey was fantastic in meeting my financial expectations. Ian was patient in explaining the finance agreement to both myself and my daughter. Both made the experience of purchasing my new car a pleasant, enjoyable and exciting experience. I purchased my previous car because of Paul and Ian's great customer service and personable styles, and would do so again if both continue to work for Sytner Mini. They are a credit to Sytner.
