I've been waiting 3 weeks for Sytner bodyshop slough to send quotation to my insurance company. I've phoned numerous times and each time they say its with Cardiff office or its with insurance company or they will phone back. Spoken to someone who says he is called ray and he promised to phone me at 12:30pm and has failed to do so and on other occasions. Can't trust anything he says now. Avoid this bodyshop like the plague as they are so incompetent. They have lost my business here as well as servicing my cars and buying any cars from this dealership. Carry on like this and dealership will be closed. Totally useless!

Easy to organise a virtual and in-person appointment. Sales person was charismatic and very friendly (score would've been higher had I only dealt with them), their colleague in finance, not so much. Initially I was going to buy a new car and found the information given clear, both about the car and finance options. In the end, due to issues with my car, I had to buy second hand as I was more desperate. Once changing to a used car, I found key details, such as higher interest on finance, weren't given and I realised this myself before querying; things like this should've been highlighted. I ended up buying in cash and then found the person in charge of finance very hostile, I guess they would've missed out on commission! Much later, I rang up to query a warning light on my car and the receptionist insisted it was due to my MOT being due. It turned out it was a proper engine warning light and nothing to do with the MOT, so watch out! Reception staff should not be giving answers about technical issues they clearly know nothing about.

Bought a car from there last week and Ashley was a total delight all the way from showing the car to the test drive to completing all the paperwork and going out of the way to ensure we had a great experience throughout. He’s also a total passionate motorhead so he was really passionate about the cars he was showcasing and was able to go into super technical details about them. Legit ash was part of the reason why we enjoyed the mini buying experience.
