    Placed a deposit on a used vehicle with them after double checking the car was still available, paid the deposit and only found out after numerous phone calls chasing the salesman Raza, that the car had been sold to someone else!! Buyers beware! Placing a deposit to secure a car means nothing to Sytner BMW!

    Enough already! Big bully on the playground! Fraud at its finest! Booked my BMW 330d X Drive 2016 for a service at this place what a mistake! My car was a dream use to float on 4 wheels. Absolutely amazing drive before it found its way to Sytner Nottingham. My first service at Sytner Nottingham was terrible I gave them the benefit of doubt but never again. One thousand three hundred miles in and my engine oil is empty (I have vids for proof). Alongside the service I got my rear brake pads changed. All of a sudden the car has beyond pathetic brake control. The brakes on on my 53 plate BMW convertible feel more secure.. most likely because sytner had nothing to do with them. Went back in to report my issues and indirectly your colleagues told me its my fault and I should learn how to drive?! Im 37 been driving since I was 14. I can write a whole essay on how terrible the customer service skills are but they dont know how to provide a service or top up engine oil. The mechanics do not know how to service a car or top up engine oil. I mean how can you forget to top up engine oil?! Update: 3rd May 2023 After my engine oil vanished I topped up and lasted me a full 11,000 miles you mugs!! This time took my car to Stratstone Chesterfield for the next service. STRATSTONE have identified I need Rear Brake Pads (But apparantly Sytner Nottingham changed them 12,000 miles ago or did they?!) Becareful people. I just feel for the elderly that are always seated at Sytner Nottingham who must pay an arm & leg for work that is never completed.

    Terrible service. Car has previously been in for a service the centre didn't replace the locking wheel nut, then refused to accept they used it to find the next day then called me to say they did infact have it. Had a recall booked in with them for about 5 months now and they have called me 4 times to re-arrange this. Wouldn't buy a BMW again purely down to this service. Doesn't compare to Audi service for example.
