    Arrived yesterday after enquiring about a 440i, then met Tony who shown us through the buying process. No time was wasted and in no time the car was in my hands. A definite asset to the company, cheers Tony! *edit* Review rating after a month of owning the vehicle. On the drive back from purchasing the vehicle, the brakes squealed horrendously and continue to do so. Drivers window also squeals when the window reaches the closes position. As for approved used vehicle checks, it’s a shame they missed the vehicle having two different branded tyres on the same axle with different load index’s, something continental quote as being dangerous to other road users. Just makes you wonder what other checks they don’t do.

    Terrible experience visiting Sytner BMW Leicester. I came to the dealership looking at an M4 they had listed online, which one of their colleagues showed me around. I was then given AJ, who mentioned the M3 drives better. There was one available, so I asked if I could have a look inside and at the spec. The price and spec was ok, so I asked if I was able to test drive it to see how it compared to the M4. He refused, and said if I wanted to test drive the vehicle I would need to be 100% certain I was going to purchase it. How can I make up my mind on what car I want without test driving it before? Especially after putting in my head the M3 drives better. I was going to make a decision by the end of the weekend to which one I wanted. Won’t be doing that no more as I will not be purchasing my next vehicle here. Shocking how he treated us. Only seems to be interested in “certain” customers it seems.
