    I have left my car for the service, I'm not blaming every colleagues as most of them are friendly and great but unfortunately some one have taken my Ray-Ban Sunglasses from the car storage, I have removed all the valuable from my car but forget to take from the tip storage where by the rear mirror. I have called and email but just been told not there by simply!! Only way it's from your service department should have been investigated as this person creating bad reputation to your company, not guaranteed won't happen to others

    Absolutely awful, booked my car in for service work and was advised to take the car in and when I arrived they said they don’t have a booking for 2 months. Wasted my time and money going here. Have had someone from bookings try and resolve this but also hasn’t bothered to come back to me. Terrible service, I’d advise everyone to drive a little more to Lookers in Battersea much better service. Service manager didn’t even bother to call me to discuss

They carried out the repair and service with in 24hours amazing.paulo was my service advisor he kept me informed the while my car was there he even had my car washed. Fantastic thank you
