Bought many a new car in my time and mainly German. When things go well with any dealer they are all great. It's when things go wrong that you want your dealer to step up and take you seriously. Knutsford was not my nearest dealer - in fact there are at least 3 others nearer to where I live but I chose them having read some reviews on these and others - all I had to go on really. I had a number of minor issues with the car (almost as expected!) and the buying experience however these guys, listened, never ran away and stepped up to make sure everything was sorted to my satisfaction. Super customer service rarely seen in the automotive industry when things go wrong - the sales people did not go missing when it got tough. Thanks and well done guys. Lets be honest brand reliability is the achilles heel of JLR and having read some horror stories form other dealerships I knew i was taking a risk. These guys stepped up across the board.

Bought my first ever full fat Range Rover 3.0 vogue , called into dealership to view the vehicle, I was greeted by Cerelia Farrimond who straight away made me feel welcome, I agreed to purchase the vehicle the next day online and the whole experience right upto the collection day including a concern I had which Cerelia sorted for me was outstanding, the day of the collection was pure theatre , a car awaiting collection from a collection suite !!!! Our experience of this dealership is not good. Both my partner and my family have had problems with their vehicles and the service provided over the years. They didn't want to honour the online booking price for a service when talking over the phone. I just rebooked it online anyway! My Sister has had several issues with her discovery sport and won't use this dealership anymore. My partner's second car had some warranty work done poorly that has ended up causing significant uneven wear to the front tyres, (as noted by range rover assist after a call out for something else). As for the vehicles they're garbage. Don't buy a diesel Evoque as they're riddled with faults. Particularly manufacturing/design faults with the DPF's. Ours is broken yet again after a warranty replacement after 15 months through another dealership. Poor service for a poor vehicle.
