Awful and annoying experience. I agreed to wait for a full service. I was told it would ben2 hrs. I arrived 30 minutes early. Half way through I was told they couldn’t complete the full service because the liquids hadn’t cooled down so they would have to have the car again. I ended up waiting 3hrs 30 mins before I got my car back!! Surely they knew the liquids wouldn’t be cool enough so why tell me wait at all. Also the person who looked after me had absolutely no personality and empathy to my problem. I literally could not make her understand why I was so annoyed. I ended up being late for a Board meeting which added to my stress.. This also wasn’t my first poor experience there and I own 2 Range Rovers!! I must be mad!!

I think this company deserves much lower than a one star rating. I purchased my rangerover evoque towards the end of last year. There was faults with my breaks and a chip in the windscreen. I informed them about it and nothing was done. I've bought the car back to them on two occasions and still nothing was done. They suggested I drove the car whilst they ordered in a new windscreen which could take several weeks. Surely that's not what you tell a customer as that is putting me at risk. My car was sat in there service centre for two weeks before I had to call to get clarification as to what was going on. I also have to commute to work, so I have to fork out additional money from my pocket to pay for that whilst paying for a rangerover that has been sat in a garage. (A courtesy car wasn't even mentioned)The worst service I've ever had and wish I hadn't purchased a car from this company. A year or more on and still the same problems with my car. I bought my car back to sytner land rover bristol a year or so ago thinking that they would fix the problems with the car.(after they had assured me that the problems where fixed with the car) only to find out that they hadn't fixed the windscreen properly. Now whenever it rains water enters the car via the windscreen. I called sytner land rover bristol 3 weeks ago and explained the issues with the car, I was told I'd recived a call back the following day. I'm still awaiting a call back to this day. I spoke to the manager of this branch explaining my on going issues to her, only for her to tell me that I'd have to pay and excess of over £150 for them to do an investigation and an additional payment to cover the windscreen. Surely a company that big should have some kind of records for their customers. By far the worst place I've ever chosen to spend a penny of my money and to anyone buying a car I would NEVER recommend this company.
