I took my car in for a windscreen change as I did not trust autoglass to fix it correctly. I called and spoke to Susan Thompson who could not have been more helpful. She kindly offered me an excellent loan car which I was sorry to give back. The repair was done to a very high standard and the car was cleaned inside and out. I cannot recommend Sytner highly enough, I really enjoyed the experience, especially the free coffee and biscuits. There is a lovely atmosphere there and a great customer experience. Thanks Susan for your great service, looking forward to coming back in.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE Sytner Land Rover Ascot Service They told me how much it was to fix my car and I agreed but for the past 4 months with my car i have had different charges. I tried to speak with the manager she is avoiding to talk to me. More than 2 weeks waiting for a call back after calling 8 times We agreed £3600 for my engine but they sent me an invoice of £3900 We agreed brake pads for £508 but received an invoice of £578 When i ask them they are telling me parts and labour had gone up, aren’t you supposed to tell me if charges have gone up before proceeding? Don't i have the right to know as the owner of the car? I have been put on the supposedly waiting list for a courtesy car for 3 months Now im being told i have to accept the extra charges and when my car is due service next time they will pay something towards it. I want to take my case further but non of the staff from this dealership will direct you to the right place other than the manager who does not call you back. I would really want to take this further and dispute all these uninformed extra charges

Don’t bother going here. I have been there 3 times now and never a good outcome! I’ve had to write a review now on my most recent trip there as I am just so frustrated with them I don’t want any anyone else to go through the same hassle I have endured. If I were going to state all the problems I’ve had I could write a novel! So I’ll just share my most recent encounter with them. I’ve been unable to find my wheel locking key so went there on Monday- was asked if I had a ‘letter’ relating to the locking key which I hadn’t so was advised (without them even looking at my car) that I had a best case scenario of the price being £165 +vat -worse case scenario of (WAIT FOR IT) £665+vat. I can almost guarantee had I booked it in it would have been the worse case scenario. Needless to say I didn’t hang around. Today I took my car to Sunbury Land Rover who immediately took my car in, took it upstairs to the service whilst I had a cuppa and looked at their beautiful cars. They came back to me to say that my car,s model didn’t have a ‘letter’ and I needed a new locking key set which they have ordered for me for £100+vat. Please go a little bit further and take your cars to Sunbury. I have lost all trust in Bracknell Land Rover.
