    I recently had my car serviced along with an MOT. The work was carried out to a high standard however the customer service could (and should) have been much better. I had a ‘while you wait appointment’ but after waiting over an hour I was told to come back the next day and my car would be ready first thing in the morning. When I was in a taxi returning the following morning I received a call to tell me of a further delay and it wouldn’t be ready until the end of the day. I also strongly recommend you check your invoice as they like to add on unnecessary items e.g Ad Blue top up. (I had filled this up with them only a few weeks earlier).

    One of the worst Jaguar I have been to. ****Bethany Jenner ****was one of the worst advisor I have seen in my entire life surely the best to avoid this B£. It took them nearly 5 months to fix my car and couldn't do a decent job. The problem has arisen again. Would like to advise to avoid the place at any cost.
