    !!!*Fraudulent Behaviour Alert*! Sytner High Wycombe has been extremely unprofessional & unethical in its dealing with my Mini's service & MOT. They damaged the car's foot module but are now refusing to fix it & want me to pay for the repairs. Also, they quoted a lower price for service & when I went to pay, they billed me 50% more. When I questioned that, they dismissed it by saying prices might have changed over the weekend. I objected to higher bill, due to which they heard the call recording wherein they quoted me the lower price. This forced them to accept that they were wrong. Finally, when I got the repair estimated by another reputed garage they claimed that it would cost over 1,000£ however Synter quoted me ~500£, so they repeatedly quote a lower price first and then increase it once the work is done. Sounds like the 90s car dealers who would overcharge for everything but refuse to accept liability even when damage was caused by them and the customer had no recourse or power to spread the word. It doesn't suit the BMW reputation to indulge in such petty tactics & oppress the small guy! *Use Synter High Wycombe branch at your peril & be ready to get conned!*

    They must take special exams in ignoring customers. Lots of 'important' people busy doing nothing apart from wandering around looking imperious. No customer service unless I'd been prepared to wait half an hour for the manager to finish his calls. Just shocking. Wish I'd never bought the car. Simone was great yesterday but her promise to ensure the car was charged was worthless. She was off today but nobody else cared and I had to change my plans as a half charged car wouldn't get me to my destination 🤬 Alan, who collected me this morning was also excellent. Yet another BMW dealer who is only interested in the customer until they sign the order form

    Had some issues with my vehicle which was bought from a different Sytner branch. As High Wycombe was my nearest option I made the appointment with this branch. Here I received the best service I have experienced thus far, from any BMW/Mini dealer, and I`ve been to quite a few over the space of 10-12 years. Most treat you well prior purchase, however once that`s done, they don`t care anymore. Here, I was dealt with by Mrs. Navasha Powell who I can`t praise enough for the service she provided. I can be a difficult customer as I`m quite fixated with small details, however Mrs. Powell`s answer was always "leave it with me, we`ll sort it out for you", making me feel as if I was a long lasting customer. Always courteous, friendly and pleasant, I believe she is a real asset for your company. Thank you for the assistance!
