Have purchased my Xmas tree from here for the last few years as they grow them on site which appealed to me. However purchased the tree a couple of days ago and it's lost more needles just putting it up than others did over the Xmas period. Also the branches are dropping already which makes me think this year they have bought a number in from other suppliers, &63 of tree apparently.

Came over this drizzly Sunday afternoon, close to closing to choose a tree. Was greeted by a very helpful young man all in orange - prepared for his job. Amazing customer service, on such a cold and drizzly day. His spirits still high at the end of the day happy to hold up trees for us to admire refusing our offer of help not wanting us to get cold and damp. Fab experience, shame I didn't get his name but a credit to his employer. Thank you ๐ and Merry Christmas
