TL:DR Good stocks of printers , media and kiosks - frendly service. I originally bought my printer from them in Jan 2019 (i think) as they were able to supply immediately and were happy for me to drop by in person on the way to the family event I needed it for. The sales experience was great and they helped me chose a flexible device that suited the range of uses I had in mind (which several years later I am still very happy with by the way). They were very friendly when I went to the office pick-up the item especially kind given I think they usually only post things out by courier. Today (Aug 2021) I needed more supplies, so I called them up, had a very pleasent conversation with the sales rep and as they have substantial stocks they were able to cater to my (small) order with no problem despite print media being subject to the supply chain issues affecting many consumables this year.

Service was not great. We communicated what was wanted to be ordered and Quoted what was advertised on their website . Sales person was confused, on product specifics despite being corrected several times on which Item was actually needed. Recommended we call the manufacturer, then corrected himself realizing after several correction his was going on about an incorrect it, entirely . Told us he was going to check on the corrected item. Would get back to us. He didn't. We emailed the company to follow up. No response. We rang them up again today , got a different sales person. Had to check with technical etc etc etc.. What seems to have happened is from what we can gather is , their online clearance price differed between their "system" price. They were unprepared to honour their advertised price and suddenly did not have the stock at the price they had advertised online. Funny that. Inaccurate and not up to date website Confused Sales Rep No Follow up Honest? Pricing discrepancies Suddenly No Stock on the clearance item Could have been forthright, could have followed up .What a waste of time. Go elsewhere
