I booked an appointment ( private) with one of the Dr's who has a contract with them, Dr Elmiyeh. It is even worst than NHS to ask a question from the dame Dr that you have seen and paid for the appointment. It seems they just renting out the room to them and they are kind of a third party. I hot some medication and had some side effects funny enough I could see my GP earlier than the Dr from their clinic. Once I raised the issue with them some one over the phone said to me that we just provide the place and book the appointment which is completely nonsense I paid £235 and I received a very poor service from them! as a result I had to pay another £143 to another clinic and find a Dr in some where else. Not happy with them at all!
