I am working for Synergy since end od September this year. The start was a bit difficult due to lack of good communication/understanding/many different consultants? However since I been told that I will have a nominated "Personal Consultant" who always will help, is much much better. Rupali is trying make the positive changes in respect of good working relationship. She is supportive and I do believe trying her best to sort things out-which needs sorting 😀 Having regular shift each week will help a lot, and I hope Rupali will also help me with that 😀 let's stay positively optimistic 😀 We are all humans and nobody is perfect.. 😀 keep trying to do our 👌

Unfortunately, this is not a good review but a very honest review. i have worked for Synergy on and off for about 8 months, with two different booking agents. the first one (Raj) was lovely, i always got shifts, my pay was on time and i could contact him any time of the day no issues, however, when the new bookings agent took over it all went downhill. i had availability not being covered, my pay was late on 3 consecutive Fridays, my bookings agent wanted me to work extra hrs for the company with a £1 increase to cover missed wages (which is illegal), leading to me having to take legal action to get wages i was owed, you pay yourself for training and never get given a certificate, if you have an issue you will be ignored, people higher in the company are no better either making promises they cant keep. i know people read negative feedback and hope for the best because thats what i do but you should only work for this company if you are willing to chase wages every week, have availiblity not filled and be spoken to like S**t. you have been warned

An excellent agency, has good pay rate and good support system for their staff. One of them I can't keep quiet over is Prateek, he will make sure you are okay with the shift you have chosen and able to find your way around. Always reminding you to send your timesheet for payment and they pay weekly right on time. Kudos to Synergy medical 👍👍👍

Doesn’t even speak English so can’t even think how can he work in a office . They have wasted my time twice for nothing in the end so highly not recommended very very fake staff agency !…

Constantly chasing wages. Company never gets back to you. Was told when I started that they had booked 7 shifts in a row for me i explained this was well above the UK working law hours only to be told it is discretionary. (Only for emergency services, certainly not in a care home) I have emailed and messaged every day for 2 weeks to try and chase this up. Only to receive one email asking for my cv. This is completely ridiculous and due to what seems like a constant battle this has been reported to the ombudsman. DO NOT come to work here.

This e-mail is in the matter of this timesheet has not been payed.I should be payed on friday the 29th but money never came în my account. I called my consultant T.and she said everything is ok from her site .I was calling Maxipay my payroll Company and them said that did not received nothing from you.As, all other Agencies which I am working with ,was made the payment already and becouse all the time Synergy is paying late and all the time I have to call many times for my money,then I tend to think that the problem is with Synergy. Never în time,never with accuratly, all the time some less money then should be.Before me to take legal action against your Company maybe a answer from you is better to coming.Is not professional what Synergy is doing with their candidates and is not fair on us becouse we are the one running Synergy business with our hard work!
