If I could award them 0 stars, I would! Initial installation of a new French door was ok, the handle was a bit sticky but they said that would loosen off. They managed to break the glass in the greenhouse whilst fitting but returned to put that right. As time went on, the handle became stickier until it would stick altogether on occasion meaning it would need a really hard push to get the handle down. Called Synergy out for them to claim there was no fault and the person actually had the cheek to tell my Grandmother that she was ‘getting on a bit’ as a reason as to why she couldn’t operate the door! We duly complained only to be met with a tirade of abuse from the apparent owner. The problem worsened and they were now refusing to come out and honour their warranty. We contacted the warranty company that they used who said they didn’t guarantee their warranties so we were left high and dry with no warranty. Have now arranged for another company to fix the door who have confirmed that it was faulty and would strongly encourage anyone thinking of using this company to think again.

Do not use this company!!! When my bifold doors were fitted they damaged my patio then threatened to take my doors back out when I tried to get the issue resolved. The doors were fitted incorrectly and after a period of 2 years chasing them I eventually gave up. They don’t reply to emails, they simply don’t have any after care service. I eventually got another company to fit my doors correctly. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t go lower. I wanted to warn others from using synergy. Response… If people damage my property then I will hold them responsible and get it put right. The site manager had contractors lift slabs to resolve a drain issue and in doing so damaged slabs. They accepted responsibility and replaced what was damaged. As for the beam, I had the calculations done by a professional. These calculations were sent to you and we went through it to make sure it was ok and you agreed it was. I’m not the professional I pay people to do a job so this blame can not be put on me. The surveyor refunded for the beam so no one was out of pocket. You can class me as a difficult customer but I am someone who paid a lot of money for you to do your job which wasn’t done with care or professionalism and your after care is pathetic. Why is it after 2 years of chasing you did I have to get another company to sort the doors out. People can read this and take from it what they wish I just hope they don’t make the mistake I did and they use a company who values there customers

Really disappointing experience so far (still awaiting completion)... The delays in getting hold of materials I completely understand because of the current situation, however I cannot excuse a window being “the wrong shape” (and therefore they had to reorder again) and bathroom windows being supplied without the ordered privacy glass (again needing this to be reordered). Nor can I excuse the constant false promises made by the manager regarding when the fitters would come (only to be changed on the day or day before). The guys who fit the products (contractors) are actually good and hardworking. The products themselves are really nice.

We had excellent service from Synergy from the initial consultation through to the installation. We didn't feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision, but were left with enough information to make up our own minds on what we wanted from the type of bi-fold doors through to the design of the detailed stuff like handles etc. The installation was seamless too. The installers arrived on time, completed their work (which was exemplary), tidied up and left. Simple.
