Very professional and very insightful! They found and rectified an issue I didn't even know I had and even went as far as being able to pinpoint the exact reason why this issue happened! They have a service in which they text you your appointment and send you a reminder when your appointment is approaching, as well as an online system where you can view bookings, adjust details, etc. Never been delayed from them being behind in bookings/service & they always allocate more time than required, just incase there's an issue. Quite pricey but for the service they deliver, I think it is very fair!

Very impressed with Dr. Shaimil PATEL whom I saw for an initial Invisalign consultation. He took a 3D scan and a good look at my teeth and smile. Based on that and on his Invisalign expertise (he has been doing this exclusively for a number of years), he explained why my case looked easy at first glance, but was a little too complex for a simple treatment. So, he basically turned down business and recommended I see an orthodontist instead. I am so impressed with how honest and helpful he was! Big thank you. (Although, with that good an impression, I now almost regret I can't get this fixed by him!) PS: The receptionist and assistant were very friendly and the whole place modern and spotless.

I had been thinking of getting some cosmetic work done for a long time but didn’t know where to start. I visited five dentists most of whom were much more local to where I live but as soon as I visited Synergy Addlestone and spoke to Dr Jay and Sasha I felt relaxed and taken care of. Everything from the very start was so professional but also welcoming and friendly. I was really put at ease. Treatment was superb, thorough and highly skilled and even when I had concerns or queries Dr Jay would take the time to email and answer them or I could call and relay them to Sasha to pass on. I’ve probably been a pain as a client being so particular but I cannot recommend the clinic or Dr Jays work more highly. The whole team of people there are excellent and the service is outstanding. Thank you all and especially Dr Jay for your expert work and for going above and beyond to make sure I got the smile I wanted.

I am not the one who usually leaves reviews! But I felt that I need to let other people know what has happened to me after visiting Synergy so they might have a second thoughts before attending! I went to get a small chipped on an old filling done. After the treatment, I experienced pain and it was uncomfortable to bite on it, As experienced dental profession myself, thought it’s either sensitivity after white filling or it might be a little high. Unfortunately that was not the case! After many appointments, I have been told that my tooth is cracked and these things happen! I am going to lose a healthy tooth! I of course made a complaint and in the process of suing them. Just one advice! Avoid and run ! There are many good dentists in the area, for sure Dr Mani Virdee is not one of them.
