An absolutely fantastic service that I will definitely be using again should I encounter another tech issue and will be recommending to everyone. I booked an appointment through Apple to have my AirPods Pro diagnostics because both my AirPods were constantly making crackling/ static sounds as soon as I put them in my ears. It was an issue I was tolerating for far too long. I was told to leave my AirPods with them and to come back 2 working days later to pick them up. To be totally honest I wasn’t expecting good news, I was expecting to have to pay for a pricey repair or to pay for a complete replacement. However to my surprise and delight, when I came to pick them up today, I was informed that the AirPods were under warranty with Apple and that both AirPods have been replaced for free. Friendly, helpful and efficient!

My iPad is broken due to something in the charging socket. I was worried the whole night as I will lose my ebook if it can’t change any more. Luckily I get an appointment immediately and received warm welcome when I entered the store. The guys are very friendly and helpful. One of the lads brought my iPad downstairs and fix it very quickly. I also leant they have some special offer for iPad in store. It is a very pleasant experience. I wish your business all success and recommend everyone to visit.
