Would give this 6* if I could. If you're looking for friendly, knowledgeable and non-judgemental help on your bike fit, go see Callum at Symphony. I didn't need huge adjustments, but Callum didn't try to pressure me or upsell me on anything, and didn't just rely on the machine or numbers to do the fit. He was willing to take as long as it needed and you get the sense he really cares about the outcome. Impressed by this service, a few days later I messaged the shop in a panic needing an urgent fix. 2 days later and with frequent updates throughout, I had my bike back. I really can't recommend Symphony cycles enough. This is how all bikes shops should feel, but most of them don't. Will only be using Symphony from now on.

I went into this shop on the off-chance they might be able to fit a new inner tube, having got a puncture at the end of the road and no kit with me. I have a basic hybrid bike, which is not what the shop specialises in. Yet, the owner was very happy to help, and changed my inner tube in record time. Very friendly customer service too! Thank you for helping! If I'm ever looking for a high quality bike, this will be the shop.
