My journey with Sylwia started back in October 2021 and straight away only after a few weeks I felt a huge positive shift! My menstrual issues were recognised even before any tests -that's how experienced and knowledgeable Syliwa is! It took me many years to find someone competent like her. I have changed my diet slightly, introduced new herbal supplements and my period is regular and normal for 5 month in a row! I would highly recommend Sylwia! She actually listens to you and it's really supportive-even though I probably bothered her too much on a few occasions ;) I cannot thank Sylwia enough for her help and although I do feel much better already I will continue to see her regularly!

Wow what an amazing two weeks, I loved the 14 days spring detox. Sylwia is amazing so knowledgeable I have learnt so much about food vitamins and well being. I feel great and will definitely take everything I have learnt and share it with my husband and children. It was so much easier than I thought it would be, there were so many delicious recipe and juice recipe that I will use forever. I took part in this detox because I wanted to feel great and fresh and that’s exactly what happen I am getting lots of compliments on how well I look and as a bonus I lost 6 pounds. I would recommend this detox to everyone. Sylwia is with you every step of the way with the Facebook group and everyone was so lovely and inspiring sharing their own journeys. Sylwia is amazing!!! Just completed 14 days detox program and the results are amazing: - lost 5kg - my energy level improved significantly - my mental health improved and I feel calmer - no need of coffee in the morning any more - new and great recipe ideas which are kids friendly as well - PMS reduced significantly - life changing experience I cann't recommend Sylvia enough. I honestly can’t thank Sylwia enough! I have been on a journey with her since January 2022 and I am so glad I approached her because she has helped me so much since then. I came to her feeling dejected, struggling with my weight, having constant flare-ups of gastritis and stomach problems. Sylwia has helped me immensely. Her thorough approach meant that we found out I have a lot of food intolerances and some thyroid problems. She guided me and helped me to make changes to my dietary habits and she encouraged me to look more after myself. We also did some tests and found some hormonal imbalances which we are in the process to tackle next. Throughout the process, Sylwia has been supportive, giving me the tools and the confidence to experiment with new foods and new wellbeing habits, always available to answer questions, always eager to know how you’re doing. My journey is still ongoing but I am already seeing the benefits: healthier habits (not solely related to food), improved weight and a general sense of feeling much happier about myself. Just finished an amazing 10 detox with Sylwia. I can't recommend Sylwia enough. It was a brilliant 10 days, amazing menus and meal plans; nothing complicated to make just simple wholesome food. Sylwia is incredibly supportive and a great motivator at each step of the program. I am very happy that I started detox with Sylwia. It was something what I needed now. Sylwia, you are very professional and dedicated person with huge knowledge. The recipes in detox menu are delicious. Only two I tried wasn`t for me, but most of them is just amazing. This detox is a real treat for your body and soul. Not only food, but also you introduced to me castor oil pack and reminded me how good for my body is dry brushing and Epson salt bath. I can see my cellulite disappeared, I feel light and energetic. I will introduce some of the tips to my daily diet. Thank you Sylwia for your help during the detox. It's always a great pleasure work on my health habits with Sylwia. The recipes are fantastic and so many that I hadn't the time to try them all. The support amazing, the yoga great, the explanation of what happened to us during the cleanse, before, after is so illuminating. My favourite of all though is the lesson of self care... I'll try to keep as an habit and won't let go easly. I will definitely do it again in spring or anytime it's going to be proposed. Next time I would like to know more about hormones and how their change affect us and what we can do to prevent unbalance. Thank you Sylwia.
