This travel agent used to be friendly and efficient. I have called a couple days ago and ask for Biman business class flight price, but the customer service person was rude and not efficient, quoted me a overpriced ticket which was £2500. I had bought tickets elsewhere which was £350 cheaper. But I don't understand why this person works for this company. I found it is completely disgraceful and will never use this travel agency again ..
