Beware the receptionist's lack of intellect. About as helpful and well informed as a backward chimp. If you ever get appointment (good luck) then don't opt for Michelle Williams, you will regret it. Be warned! Recording now changed but having booked a telephone appointment, the only ones available, they do not call! Brilliant!

Never answer the phone, always a que then end up not getting an appointment because 20 others are in front of you … no call back system can’t even book appointments in advance (they say you can) BIG CAP as there’s always an issue why they can’t so why say you can book advance appointments. It’s disgraceful make it make sense you’re a GP Wth there are people who need urgent appointments/care!! Even when on hold they’ll say “ooh sorry all appointments are booked up call in Tomorrow morning “ and you do that for same thing to happen

I can forgive problems with resources. I can not forgive inaccessibility, rudeness and the reluctance of doctors to really listen to what you're telling them. We're not idiots. We're unwell people who are likely worried. The receptionists need to go to Charm school and some of the doctors need to go back to learn how to deal with human beings. Fortunately We're moving. 2 doctors and one receptionist have reduced me to tears. Sheer incompetence.

On my phone for 46 mins and 31 seconds just to get an appointment to see a nurse. I Was 40 person in the queue before finally the phone ringing. Speak to them then what do I get in return. Sorry u have to call back on Monday or come in at 8 am to see if I can get an appointment. Am so confused. Been trying to get an appointment for days now .
