    Had to have a blood test today and as usual the reception staff were polite and friendly. Nurse Bradbury was the one who called me in and as usual i was out and on my way sharpish as soon as she made sure I was ok. Great service as always.

    Very bad experience. I’ve called sycamore house yesterday and today. Being on the phone from 0800 to 0845. At 0845 a receptionist answered me and said no appointment left and she said she is the only one to handle the call as an explanation of the delay. Receptionist told me that many of her staffs are off sick. I’ve contacted the surgery for my three year old son who was very poorly. She told me to contact NHS 111 or out of hours GP practise. This staff even doesn’t know that NHS 111 service is not for under 5 . Disappointed sorry

    I rang this morning for an appointment as I had felt unwell all weekend. The receptionist was very personable and I was offered an appointment this afternoon. The doctor was lovely, quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication. Thank you all at Sycamore House. In the many years I have been a patient I have always been treated with kindness and courtesy.

    The doctors and nurses at this practice are very good and helpful. But they are let down by the management of the practice. Namely, the appointment service. Recently the phone lines have been switched off at 8 am with a message that they are overwhelmed, but 10 minutes later they are available and after 20 minutes of waiting there is a chance of same day appointment.

    THE RECEPTIONISTS THINK THERE GODS. You phone them and they talk to you like dirt. I could not walk so they start being nasty. Why am you phoning us for. So I can see my doctor. Yeah well phone an ambulance. Honestly horrible people. Doctors are actually good if you can get passed the evil receptionists behind the phone with bad manners. Take the chips off your shoulders and actually do your job properly. VILE NASTY BULLYS

    I have been with practice for 32 years and every member of staff over the years have been fantastic. I recently have had a spinal operation and few problems after and the surgery has been very accommodating to me. These times we are going through at the moment have been very trying for the health sector and I believe they are trying their best to look after the patients safely. Keep up the good work 👏
