We attended a wedding here and had a great time. The manor has beautiful grounds and nice decor inside. The food was really good - my husband can't eat gluten and they catered for him excellently without fuss, especially good considering we were in such a large group. The staff were all friendly, but the servers during the meal in particular were excellent. They dealt with everything very efficiently, they were a well oiled machine!

Swynford Manor is hands down the best place to get married. Lorna and Matthew and all the staff there did an incredible job making sure everything leading up to, during and after our wedding day went smoothly. I was expecting things on the day to be stressful, but quite the opposite. Everything was in place, sorted and ran like a well oiled machine. As for the place itself, the rooms are impeccable, the grounds and house are jaw dropping and the food they serve deserves some sort of award. As you can probably tell... I can't speak highly enough of them.

Where do I start ! Lorna was so professional from start to finish nothing was to much trouble she made me feel so calm and I knew everything was going to be perfect and it was . The food was outstanding and plenty of it which you don’t normally get at weddings ,the rooms were all very spacious and clean any faults I did find were rectified there and then with no trouble at all .The team on the day did not stop ! The whole day worked like clockwork and was more than I ever imagined. Swynford manor is the most beautiful venue all my guests loved it and knew exactly why we traveled 2 hours to this venue . Thankyou so so much swynford manor , Lorna and the team x

We married at Swynford almost 2 months ago and our guests are still raving about the breathtaking venue, the incredible staff and the tasty food (including the famous scotch egg - yum!) A special mention to Lorna & Matthew who were outstanding and so, so kind. I especially appreciated Matthew's calming words right before I walked down the aisle, that really meant a lot. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues; the wrong music was played as we were announced as Mr & Mrs entering the main room before eating our meals, which was a shame as we were especially looking forward to this moment and the song, however a member of staff did apologise as soon as we sat down. The other was one particular member of staff was rude to both myself, my husband & a few of our guests. Except for her, every other member of staff that we met were THE BEST. Putting those two slight blips aside, we still couldn't recommend Swynford enough. Can we do it again?! :D Thank you all x

We got married at Swynford on Friday and we can't thank Swynford enough. Matthew was our wedding co-ordinator and he was just amazing. We felt kept up to date at all times and you could tell he loves what he does. Our guests said how amazing the staff were, the food and how beautiful the venue was. The venue is very spacious and our guests who wanted to sit in a quieter room away from the DJ could. Swynford had everything for everyone and the service was second to none. Swynford will always have a special place in our hearts.

My daughters wedding and naturally you are always thinking of what could go wrong rather than whats going right. However, Swynford Manor and their team are quite simply awesome. We were fortunate enough to have the best disco, florist, photographer and cake maker, but the venue tipped it! Even when a couple weren't well after one too many, the staff looked after them and cleared up after them without complaint or issue. If I could give more stars i would, suffice to say, incredible venue, incredible staff, incredible day. Thank you all at Swynford Manor.
