He came over collected the table, took it away, did the work and brought it back, no nonsense and at a very good price. I would highly recommend Matthew for any metal work. I am more than happy to recommend Specialist Welding Services . We had 7ft metal gates which were damaged due to a tree falling on them and every gate company we tried said they couldn’t repair them . My husband happened upon Specialist Welding Services on google and contacted Matthew to see if he could help us . He came out quickly and gave us a quote , and did a fantastic job and actually fabricated a new gate ,(which all the gate specialists said couldn’t be done ) plus he spotted that we needed metal inserts to strengthen the cement posts which we hadn’t realised . He also incurred extra costs due to issues we hadn’t foreseen but he kept to the quote and absorbed the extra cost himself . We were so pleased and it’s so refreshing to find a company who take pride in their work and don’t just take the easy way out and do a half job . Matthew wasn’t happy with the fit when he brought the new gates back which was entirely due to our cement fence posts being damaged when the tree fell and they were moving under the weight of the gates , so he went away again and came up with a solution for us which cost him more time and money and yet he stuck to his original quote and didn’t pass that extra cost onto us. So we have no hesitation at all about recommending his services and will definitely use him again !
