I ordered a gaming pc for my son's christmas at the start of December. By the end of match I had still not received it. The phone never gets answered. Email you don't get a reply for about a week. I asked for a refund on the 23rd March and still haven't received anything. I find the company extremely unprofessional.

I ordered a gaming PC early December and was told 7 to 10 working days for delivery.. we are now close to the end of January and are still waiting. Excuse after excuse about them waiting for delivery of the quad core processors.. But it was always us having to chase the order. Terrible service.. would not recommend them to the most desperate of people. Insisted on a refund and they said ok and not even an apology.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! The sales team tells you half of the information at the quotation time and keeps calling 10 times to get the business. They did not show up on the collection day, then brought a lorry way too big then finally came on the third day at the wrong time. Now ending up with a way too high invoice.
