Have to say first dealing with them poor rang for valuation on firearm lady on phone wasn't sure who to speak to which is fine no problem but said she would pass my number etc onto someone for return call suffice to say that was the last I heard from them 🙄 basic stuff really imo

Seems a shame that this auction house is working hard and getting many thing right but when I discovered you can no longer view every auction I was aghast. That is something they are getting wrong and losing their way. Viewing is compulsory for many clients young and old, and this should be considered a basic necessity, not something that be replaced by a catalogue that is never the same as having an item before you. Perhaps they're going a little too far with distant sales and losing their way a bit
