I am so impressed with the quality of the products I bought from Swivel. I bought similar furniture other companies (for example Soho Home and Heals) and found Swivel´s products to be superior in durability and detail (not to mention price though you could never tell). I bought six Elbow chairs, two Kennedy chairs and a Bubble Saucer Criss Cross lamp. They give my traditional kitchen a modern, stylish edge that I love. I had a really positive experience from start to finish with this company and went on to buy a Pierre Kangaroo Chair and a Tulip Side Table. Swivel is a gem of a find and I highly recommend!

Ordered 12 wishbones chairs and was really pleased with result. The London Showroom was ideal to see the chairs before purchasing and I was met by friendly staff who were very knowledgable about my products of choice. Following excellent service and quality of product, I treated myself to 2 Eames lounge chairs. Once again, excellent service from online ordering to receiving of purchases!

Bought an Eames office chair from Swivel after browsing through multiple websites. Was quite apprehensive at first as never bought from them before, but communication was top and the chair arrived within three days. Very happy with the chair. Quality is amazing and seems well built to last. Highly recommend.

Absolutely AVOID this company. I ordered a serge mouille two arm replica lamp with a lead time of 4 weeks in December. After endless chasing and being fobbed off with a huge variety of different excuses I finally received the lamp at the end of April, nearly 5 months after I ordered it. It is VERY poor quality and the top arm cannot support itself so it looks a mess and nothing like the original. I have emailed Swivel multiple times and they now claim not to have received my emails despite the fact I can see my responses on the email thread and have screen shotted them. Pathetic! Would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Purchased 2 fibreglass Tulip chairs. Quality & appearance are fantastic. Strong chair with natural curve for comfortable seating. Cushion is extremely soft & well padded. Delivery was within 5 days as items were in stock. Great product and service.
