Through the Valliant installer website, I found local to me, Switched On London Ltd 625 Garratt Lane, London, SW18 4SX. The following afternoon, Company director David Lyon's Whyte came by to survey, and their quote followed that same Wednesday evening. I accepted yesterday morning and today (Friday) two engineers, Kevin and Charles arrived with a replacement Valliant EcoPure 850 boiler which without stress, was fitted and tested. Since 1983, I’ve had two Valliant boilers each lasting twenty years apiece. Just three days after contacting Valliant, this replacement boiler is running like a poem and once again I’m toasty warm:)*Roy
