They charge me more than my electricity provider. I live in a flat where everything is electricity driven except heating and hot water for shower. I work and therefore I don’t live in the property for most of the time and I don’t use the heating even in winter as the property is properly insulated. I use heating fan (which is electricity driven) if it’s extremely cold but the fixed monthly payment for switch2 I was given was more than my electricity bill. This is extremely expensive and I don’t understand why the bills are so high. There are lots of reviews mentioning such high prices from a long time. I don’t see a proper action plan taken by switch2 though. Can’t imagine why such a system is even encouraged by the government.

Switches customer service were fairly nice however its been 5 times now where we have contacted them and told them about the matter on hand. They told us they would reach back to us with the manager to sort it out. But they haven't and its been 4-5 months. I hope they fix this problem.they are cheater. It has been 6 months now where I have messaged and called them on multiple occasions and asked for a monthly bill. I would like to check the meter for myself. It has been 15 times that I have called them and have waited 1 hour each time. And each time they have told me that they will call me back but they haven’t.

We are new tenants and we have no heating (electricity and water). We have been trying to call switch 2 from 2 days on the number they give. We have waited for 1 hours even on the call but no answer. This is highly unacceptable as this is not what a good customer service looks like.

There needs to be a legal challenge about this company. I am going to email my mp and try and get this company investigated has I am useing three pounds a day while I am on holiday at xmas in a one bed flat. This company is scandalous and needs shutting down with legal fight peaceful fight. Once this is done compensation will follow plus prison sentences hopefully for corruption. They need auditing by utube auditors too to highlight this corruption. They don't answer phone calls I'm going to take things further now had enough. They are now charging more than double rate for gas.

I'm not convinced they have anyone manning the photos or dealing with emails from customers. I have been on hold for an hour and my emails from over a month ago are unanswered. They will take your direct debits of course. one month later, still no one dealing with my correspondence. I have long left the property but i'm still being chased for bills even though I advised Switch2 I was vacating 2-months prior. Oh i'm on hold again to the number they advised me to contact to 'turn my experience around', 14th April '23, at this point one hour. I will raise a complaint to the energy ombudsman. Summary: Too busy to deal with reasonable enquiries but all to happy to gleefully chase, incessantly, over bills that are not payable.

Has anyone ever got hold of this lot over the phone?! Emailed twice and it states “we will be back in touch within 48 Hours”. It’s not been over 2 weeks and not heard a thing. Anytime I try and call I’m on hold for god knows how long, by which time I’ve got to go back to work so never get a chance to speak to anyone. Moved in to a new property which is supplied by Switch2, don’t hear a peep out of them regarding meter readings or anything of that nature. My account shows no history or activity on it. And then out the blue I get an email saying I owe them over £1,400. Absolute joke
