most horrible customer service i erver experience, been trying to call them for 2 weeks. I moved in my new place 2 weeks ago and i am not able to set up an account to get hot water, spent hours trying to contact them and NO one is answearing. Never see that, feel like a scam.

Always issues with adding credit to my account since starting with them. This then turns into a larger charge later. Standard daily charge very high. Even with all heating turned off and minimal hot water use you may be looking at £10 charge fortnightly, which is on top of general water and electric bills. Difficult to get quick response from complaints raised. Automated reply after raising faults via their email but little further response. Still ongoing issues with large payments being taken for no reason and after calling I am usually advised to speak to different departments, which then can be frustrating. Only saving grace is the politeness of the people who answer the complaints line.
