What an absolute disgrace of a company. 1 hour delay on flight, 30 mins before we could get off plane and then no staff to unload plane. So 2 hours on and still waiting for luggage. To add insult to injury - when they found a team available - they prioritised sorting through the baggage for cabin crew staff first, delaying paying passengers even further with kids and young families left sitting on the floor at 2am!!!! An absolute disgrace & embarrassment to the northwest of England
