Super Helpful. Great Service. My Baume et Mercier watch was just out of warranty. Baume et Mercier would not budge at all. I spoke directly with Swissmade. They kindly rectified the problem, saving me hundreds of pounds. I did not have to wait long. They found the issue, made the changes, checked everything was OK. Then returned the watch. Very professional, great communication. I totally recommend Swissmade.

I've been waiting for over a year to have my baume mercier repaired!! I called them again and again, they promise it'll be sent over to Italy and they'll get in touch and never do, I'm worried this is a scam and I'll never recover my watch again! I wish I had read these reviews before going there!

Amazing Service!!! The catch cover for my Rolex fell off whilst at work - I rang Swissmade around 2pm, and my watch was repaired the same day!! Bearing in mind they close at 5.30, and I’ll I had no appointment - it was also fixed….FOR FREE!! Honestly, it soo rare to find selfless people that are not driven by just monetary gain!! I recommend Swissmade because they actually care (Evidenced based review 😁) - I will definitely be taking my watch back for a polish :)

My EBEL watch has been sent by the Jeweler last July since then they have extended return date numerous time and now they told me it will be end June and even that is not guaranteed! It is quite ridiculous! I think I ask return of watch without repair and take to someone else!
