This restaurant is getting worse and worse. When they opened it was absolutely brilliant, food, service and staff was amazing, for the last 2 times I've been, the service is worse than before.(I thought I try again before commenting). Today, for the second time, I had breakfast there, they brought the food 1h late, teas without sugar and missing plates from the order. I ordered 2 breakfast (1x double + 1 single), comparing with how it was before, this two last times, less food in the plates, mixing food, forgetting food and tasteless. T4a was usually served in a BIG pot, kept warm with a candle, served fresh, this time...tasted like is been sitting in the pot for 2 days. Served in a bad manner, the staff barely talked to me, order had missing items from the plates and they charged me extra( I usually do not calculate but this time I had to), the plates were less with food, items were missing and they charged me for that missing food. I told them and they have not apologise, simple saying....oh, we took that out/we dont serve anymore. Ordered something else, same, less food, I asked where is the rest as in the menu is saying is part of the order, I was told, is not included. Really! I mean, food is missing, less food comparing with before, tasteless food, rude attitude, never ever going to spend money in that place. The bread, supposed to be naan bread, or pita bread, they go and buy bread around the corner and they sell it like they baked it, it doesn't bother me they buy, I understand, is supply, but dont sell it like freshly baked. I had huge respect for this place but this time they crossed the line, and that is why they should get well.prepared staff, because that was is happening when the chef is not arround or they have non, or missing staff. Shame! Turkish restaurant like this should not exist. Poor!

Had a lovely meal with my husband grandaughter grandson daughter and Son inlaw on 28/04/23. Everything was perfect we will be coming again soon with other members of my family. The staff were amazing Everything was cooked to perfection.Thankyou. Kid-friendliness: Any child would enjoy a meal here .
