Our windows were in awful shape with living on a still active building site and not getting great service from the first company we tried. The Swipe team had them all cleaned including our front and garage doors in under an hour. I’d asked them to let me know when they were coming so I could work with my newborn’s nap and they were so accommodating. Was looking for someone to clean my gutters and windows after having a loft conversion and saw one of their vans not far from where I live. They came round and gave me a quote which I was happy with. On the day they were due, they were late due to being held up at a previous job. A little annoying but it wasn't a major issue and they did apologise and took some money off. They did a fantastic job and I was really pleased. So much so, I am getting them in every month to do my windows. I did have a window cleaner but he could never be bothered even trying to do my back windows whilst Steve and his colleague couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend. Steven and colleagues always do a fab job on our house in Ormskirk and I have only recently set up services with Swipe. I like how easy it was to set up a direct debit and I get a text when they have been if I am not in. My old window cleaner did not manage to do the velux windows, so now I uave sparkling windows in the bedroom and en-suite which is lovely on sunny mornings! friendly reliable and professional and they do an excellent job and have decent rates.
