We had a very comfortable stay here and will stay again! The service from all staff was exceptional, and our room was spotlessly clean. The showerhead needed replacing, though the temperature of the water was spot on. It was a very small room, but for us it was good. Great value for money! Food & drinks: Lots of cafes and restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the hotel

(Translated by Google) Worst hotel I know, broken window of room 18 which overlooks the street so impossible to sleep peacefully. We had to ask to change rooms to really sleep. The rooms are clean despite everything but way too expensive for what it is.

(Translated by Google) Hotel way too expensive for what it is. Room 18 to avoid, broken window and noise from the street all night. Be careful when booking we had to have a room with a view of the garden which we never had despite the change of room after complaint. The breakfast times are not correct and the cleaning lady comes into your room without really knowing if you are there or not.

(Translated by Google) Pleasant hotel very well located geographically 10 minutes walk (no more) from London St Pancras station. Very smiling hotel staff and a small, well thought-out garden area. Good comfortable bedding. TV in the bedroom. Kettle available with tea and coffee + bottles of water. The beds are made on arrival and remade while walking. Pay attention to the surrounding noise of the neighborhood (underground, bus, truck, car, motorcycle, etc.) but at the same time the hotel is located in the heart of London so it makes sense. Bring earplugs to fall asleep. Room and bathroom a bit small, but for a short weekend it's enough.

Good hotel, i'd say excellent for two star hotel. In total stayed there three times for 1-3 night within the last 4 months and could not complain about anything in particular. Minor fault for me is the quality of wifi in the room 1, maybe it is better in other areas, but signal coverage for mobile network is decent. Customer service is at a good level, all three different receptionist encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and cleaned regularly, enough towels. Big plus is a big garden area which is cozy for an evening drink, some rooms have private access to it. Has separate smoking area and non smoking area. Another big plus are consumables in the bathroom and complementary freebies. A simple bottle of water (two of them) in the room makes a difference, and some biscuits go well with hot drinks. Location is okay, it is about 10 minutes walking distance from the King's Cross Station. There are some good places to eat just around corner, mostly oriental restaurants. Plenty of pubs and more food towards the station.

An excellent choice if you're staying in London for a day and just need a place to leave your luggage and stay for the night. The single rooms can be quite small, but they're clean, have Wi-Fi and the reception is available 24/7! Rooms : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More
