Jay is really nice… i am not from the area and found this company online … I called him on Saturday to deliver balloons the next day and he did it! He listened to what I liked and made adjustments quickly without any questions. Highly recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Phoned the shop on my lunch break to see if they had a scientist's lab coat. I was told they only had a Doctors White coat with accessories. I asked how much and was told £17. I explained I couldn't get to the shop until 5 and was told he'd wait 10 mins. Got to the shop and asked if he might have a novelty science kit or test tube and was told "you can go and steal one from the hospital down the road because I haven't got any here" He then tried to charge me £25 after we already agreed £17. I left the shop without the products because of his rudeness and cheek. I advise you to not even waste your time there's a beautiful shop not far from it called Altered Image Fancy Dress with impeccable customer service. Funny how after 1 whole year you remember exactly what happened...as i said terrible customer service and now calling me a liar...this shop is an absolute joke...dont waste your time!!

What an amazing service👏 not only are you spoilt for choice instore but prices are extremely reasonable. The gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I had balloons 🎈🎈delivered in time for my daughters birthday (after store closing time) to fit around me. I have 3 children and would be using Swinnertons for every party. I can't recommend SWINNERTONS enough. Thanks again😊😊😊
