The Swinnertons team are absolutely incredible and innovative! I requested help with hiring a bike box from them to take to Mallorca on a training camp and to take part in the 312 Cycling event. Having never taken my bike on a plane before, I was nervous about the whole process especially as I was travelling on my own. Swinnertons not only packed my bike for me, they made a video of my bike and instructions on how to build the bike back up and how to pack it away safely in the box AND they delivered it to my home all packed and ready!…. Wow this just Blew my away, totally exceeded expectations. I was able to build my bike in Mallorca with confidence, I rode it all week, packed it away and built it back up when I got home. Swinnertons even offered to build the bike up for me when I got home, but I was confident by this point that I had it in hand. I’m loyal to Swinnertons, I bought my bike from them, get it serviced and know they will do a professional job, I totally trust them. Thank you Dawn
