The swimming pool is fine and the instructor is lovely which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. My biggest issue is with the extremely inflexible administration and their refusal to accommodate any changes to the schedule. I asked weeks in advance if it would be possible to switch my daughter's 1:1 lesson to a different day, but was told that they do not offer any changes or make up classes. This is because if they started switching classes they would end up receiving a barrage of emails from parents asking to change dates. (On the other hand, they don't seem to have any issue in bombarding my inbox with emails for advance payment for the next term.) I was especially surprised given that there are several empty slots throughout the week where they could have accommodated my daughter in her 1:1 classes. At over £50 per half an hour class, I definitely did not expect such a lack of consideration from the administration, expecially when informing them several weeks in advance. It is for this reason I won't be continuing my daughter's lessons with SwimWay in the next term.

Istvan is an absolute legend! My 4 year old was a bit nervous about going into the water, but Istvan's very professional and cheerful approach made my son love swimming. He motivated him positively and consistently. I couldn't recommend him more, especially for kids who might not be comfortable with water yet.

Just lost £50 because my daughter has been genuinely sick for the last 2 weeks and very dissatisfied that they wouldn’t even have a convey about offering alternative classes for her. Very poor customer service when your paying so much money

🏊🏻♂️ Allow me to tell you a story about teachers and specially a teacher that is becoming a master teacher, he reminds me so much of my dear swimming and life coach Jesús Otero. 🏊🏻♂️ There are teachers that are excellent at their job and are teachers that are more. 🏊🏻♂️ The ones you remember all your life. 🏊🏻♂️ The ones that teach you not just about the discipline, they teach you about life and life-skills. 🏊🏻♂️ The ones that point the things your doing wrong directly without hesitation but kindly and point you towards the right direction and never leave you in the dark. 🏊🏻♂️ The ones that inspire you to be better and better person and push you to give the best of you each time. 🏊🏻♂️ The ones that preach the way but they themselves walked the way. 🏊🏻♂️ Thank you Jesus Otero for being that master teacher for me and thank you Filipe Alves, @alvesffilipe for being that master teacher for Sebastian, my pride and joy. 🏊🏻♂️ He will remember you all his life, your teaching and your wisdom.
