Brad cancelled our first appointment and didn't turn up to the second one despite knowing that we had to take time off work to meet with him. We tried to get hold of him but he never returned our calls. Very disappointing after reading such good reviews. A simple phone call or text message to apologise for the radio silence (nothing in four weeks) would have been appreciated.
