We are a swimming school, not a ski school. We specialize in teaching swimming to people of all ages and skill levels. Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced in teaching swimming, with certifications and training from recognized organizations.What is the instructor to student ratio in your classes?
Our instructor to student ratio varies depending on the level and type of class. For our beginner classes, we typically have one instructor for every four to six students. For our more advanced classes, we may have one instructor for every eight to ten students. We strive to provide a safe and personalized learning environment for all of our students.What is your cancellation policy in case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances?
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we offer make-up classes at a later date. If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness or other reasons, we require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule the class. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the class will be forfeited.What equipment do you provide for lessons?
