They changed the time of the lesson and failed to notify us. Then when we turned up late, but in good time for the usual lesson time, we were refused entry. The receptionist was adamant we had been told, even though she wasn’t privy to any phone call (she said her colleague would have told us), therefore calling us liars. They had no acceptable explanation as to why our 3 year old could not join the lesson he had turned up for and then swap to the earlier time a week later, other than the instructor doesn’t like it! Obviously we were frustrated and angry with the lack of empathy and any gesture of good will, meanwhile our grandson was asking why he couldn’t go swimming. Consequently we have cancelled with this company and will go elsewhere, which is a shame as he did enjoy the lessons. It may be company policy, but if you have made an error, then it’s polite to try and be as helpful as possible. Oh and if the manager does happen to read this review, a telephone WAS NOT waved in the face of the receptionist, I phoned my daughter on my own mobile to ask what she wanted me to do as we had been given options and the receptionist OFFERED to speak to her to explain, therefore I handed the phone over.
